1. How do I sign in, sign out, or sign up on a desktop/laptop?

1. Go to www.the-return.site.

2. At the top right of the main menu, click the Member Account area.

3. From the dropdown menu, select:

   • Log In

   • Log Out

   • Sign Up

 

2. How do I sign in, sign out, or sign up on a smart device?

1. Go to www.the-return.site.

2. Tap the menu (top right).

3. The member profile widget will appear (top left).

4. Tap the arrow to open the dropdown menu.

5. Select:

   • Log In

   • Log Out

   • Sign Up

 

3. I am having problems signing up

• If the confirmation email does not come through, try using a different device (e.g., switch from phone to desktop).

• You can also sign in using your Google or Facebook account:

  1. On the sign-up pop-up window, choose Google or Facebook.

  2. Follow the prompts.

 

⚠️ Important: If you sign in with an email, Google or Facebook and enroll in a course, always use the same account to log in again. Your courses are linked to that account ID.

4. Where can I find my downloadable products or courses I bought on the Online Store?

1. Log in to your www.the-return.site member account (top right).

2. From the dropdown menu, select My Orders.

3. Open your order and click the Download button next to your purchased item.
